5) 訂單

A) 客人必須與我司確認訂單才付款, 如未經確認但已付款而最後要求申請取消訂單,

將會有HK$１００手續費收取.

按訂單內容送貨. 如要求再次送貨, 將會有HK$１００手續費收取.

送貨需知:

1) 訂購港幣$480或以上 – 免費送貨 (離島, 馬灣及愉景灣除外)

2) 訂購港幣$480以下 – 須收取$50 (離島, 馬灣及愉景灣除外)

3) 訂購港幣$480以下 – 可到火炭自取(請先提前預約時間) / 或幫客人寄出(客人需自付郵費)

F）如客人親自門市自取又或是我司送貨，請客人當面檢查貨品。貨品出門後不作更換或退貨.(如自取,請先預約)

G)   如需送貨特別地區，會員可電郵 info@happybabestore.com 或於辦公時間內致電（852）9688-3455 給我們，我們定當盡力協助。

H) 當八號或以上之颱風訊號懸掛或紅/黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務將另作安排。

In case some selected items are out of stock at the moment, customer can choose to wait or cancel without handling fee).

5) Invoice

A) Customers have to make the payment with us after the order details confirmed. If customers made the payment before confirmation and request for cancel on this order. A handling fee of HK$100 will be charged.

B) Customers need to ensure all the details of the invoice are correct. If we don't have your reply until the date of delivery. We will send the items according to the invoice and a handling fee of HK$100 and extra delivery fee will be charged in case of second time of delivery request.

E) In case there's nobody pick up the phone or cancel the delivery on the scheduled delivery date, there's a HK$100 handling fee for re-arrangement

F) Customer can come to pick up the goods at our shop, and customers are requested to check when delivery or pick up at our shop. Items cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchased
